*This Is What I Have Been Up Too*

I have been away from blog-land for a while and today I thought I would quickly do a ramdon post of some of the things that I have been up too lately.
I went with Bridgers class to the Planetarium;

Bridger walking on the moon!....(I always knew he would go far!) LOL

Here is Bridger on Mars~

Back down to Earth, we had a nice picnic lunch at Liberty Park.

Took Branson to the Doctor.
Not as much fun as Bridger's trip to the Planetarium but I think it took as long!

Had a fun night out at the Relief Society Birthday Party.
Here are some of the Awesome sisters in our ward that helped with the program.

We all chipped in in helping Garrett remodel his new (old) home.


But the Best thing that has happened lately is......we got our first set of twin baby lambs yesterday!!!!
Now I know SPRING is here!!!!
They are so cute, I love to listen to them!!


Well, that is just some of the things I have been up to lately.
Hoping to soon start some of the plans I have for my home. Now that Garrett has bought a home, Dustin and Chase helped him to remodel the basement apartment and they are now living there, renting from Garrett.
Garrett is in the prossess of remodeling the upstairs where he will be living soon.
I always wondered wich one of my older boys would be the first to move out of the house, I never dreamed they would all move out at the same time!
It is a little bitter-sweet; but I am looking at the bright side and I am excited to now have a sewing/craft/office/scrapbooking etc. room!!!!!!!!!!
I will post pictures as soon as I have finished my room.

Bunnie's, Bunnie's Everywhere!


I love these little Easter cards.
The picture does not do them justice, they are much cuter than they look on here.
They have a vintage look.

Bunnies seem to be showing up everywhere at our little acorn cottage.


This bunny in a basket was made for me last year for Easter by two amazing friends that live in my neighborhood.

My favorite picture is on page's 46 & 47. A beautiful bedroom but I truly believe the real reason I love this room is,.......
(The Doggie Beds!!!)I love these little bed's. I would love my furry babies to each have a bed like these. They are darling, don't you think?

~ Maverik ~

Such a sad week for us here at Our Little Acorn Cottage.
Our little Maverik passed away.
For those of you who don't know, Maverik was our bunny.
I'm pretty sure he died from old age. He was old when we rescued him.
Someone took Maverik to the Animal Sanctuary and told them to feed him to their eagle.
I'm so glad that our friends thought to call us to see if we wanted him.
Maverik is NOT eagle food.
I love this picture of Maverik and Annie.
Annie is Kent's dog and she is so sweet and gentle she knew Maverik was part of our family and she would never hurt him.
He didn't like living in his cage, (can't say that I blame him) so one day we turned him loose hoping he would stay and he did!
He loved hopping around our yard and would go next door to Grandma Bliss' house but he never went any farther than that.
Such a sweet little guy. We will miss him.

Wednesday ~ Wee Ones ~

I love Wednesday ~ Wee Ones ~
I missed last week and I wanted to put this cute little doll from the Boyds Collection on for you to see.
She is ~ Yesterdays Child ~
She is all dressed up in her sweater and hat with her little suitcase ready for a day of traveling.



I thought she would look cute on top of this old case I found at a yard sale a few years ago.
I would love to find a set of larger "Old" suitcases like this little one.
